If no response is received within 5 days of the notification, the order will be automatically renewed using the initially registered payment method.

2. Renewal Costs

Each renewal will be charged according to the price agreed upon at the time of initial purchase, which may include shipping costs and additional fees. The renewal cost will be automatically charged to the payment method provided to Lunasjaya.

3. Updating Payment Information

You must ensure your payment information is up to date for a smooth renewal process (e.g., credit card expiration).

Important: If valid payment information is not available on the renewal date, the order will not be renewed, and you will receive a notification to resolve the issue.

4. Cancel or Change Renewal

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next renewal date. To cancel, please contact support via email at support@egeadglobal.com. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next renewal cycle.

5. Notification Before Renewal

You will receive an email notification about the upcoming automatic renewal at least 5 days before the renewal date. If no response is received to this email within 5 days, the product will be automatically renewed, and the renewal fee charged.
