Unless you cancel before the applicable billing date, you authorize Lunasjaya to automatically charge the recurring or renewal fee for the next billing cycle to your selected payment method.

You may cancel or modify your package at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Details regarding cancellation are provided in the Refunds & Returns section below.

6. Declined or Failed Payments

Payments may be declined for reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect details, bank restrictions, or automated fraud prevention checks.

7. Refunds & Returns

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
